TOFEL iBT Test Agreement

1. Parties / الأطراف:
These terms are between Bassmah Education Consulting (“Bassmah”) and the participant (“Participant”).
هذه الشروط بين بصمة للاستشارات التعليمية (“بصمة”) وبين المشارك (“المشارك”).

2. Campaign Offer / عرض الحملة:
Bassmah provides the Participant one TOEFL test at a nearby test centre at no cost to the Participant, as arranged by Bassmah.
توفر بصمة للمشارك اختبار توفل لمرة واحدة في مركز قريب دون تكلفة على المشارك، حسب ترتيب بصمة.

3. Participant Content Duty / التزام المحتوى:
In return, Participant must document and film their TOEFL experience and create one (1) video about it.
مقابل ذلك، يلتزم المشارك بتوثيق وتصوير تجربة التوفل وإنشاء فيديو واحد (1) عنها.

4. Posting Requirement / شرط النشر:
Participant must post the video on their social media account(s).
يلتزم المشارك بنشر الفيديو على حساباته في وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.

5. Provide Copy to Bassmah / إرسال نسخة لبصمة:
Participant must provide a copy of the video to aboubakar@bassmah.ca.
يلتزم المشارك بإرسال نسخة من الفيديو إلى aboubakar@bassmah.ca.

6. Timing / المدة الزمنية:
Participant must post and send the copy within 10 days of the test date.
يجب على المشارك النشر وإرسال النسخة خلال 10 أيام من تاريخ الاختبار..

7. Content Usage Permission / إذن استخدام المحتوى:
Participant grants Bassmah permission to repost and use the submitted content.
يمنح المشارك بصمة إذنًا لإعادة نشر المحتوى واستخدامه.

8. Electronic Acceptance / القبول الإلكتروني:
Typing your name or clicking “I Agree” confirms acceptance of these terms.
كتابة الاسم الضغط على “أوافق” يعد قبولًا إلكترونيًا لهذه الشروط.
