About the Project
We are building a EdTech platform for adult learners. The system integrates a website, LMS, CRM, AI-driven automation, and secure assessment tools to deliver a complete experience. Our mission is to make education accessible, flexible, and globally recognized.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Platform Development
- Build and maintain a multilingual responsive website (Next.js or WordPress).
- Develop a student portal with dashboards, progress tracking, calendar sync, transcripts, and automated certificates/diplomas (with QR verification).
- Create faculty dashboards for attendance monitoring, communication logs, and academic oversight.
Learning Management & Content Delivery
- Integrate with LMS (Moodle/Canvas) and implement AI plugins.
- Enable AI-generated instructional videos (multilingual) with voiceover.
- Build assessment tools (quizzes, exams) with AI auto-grading and secure proctoring.
- Automation & AI Integration
- Implement AI chatbot for admissions, customer service and academic support.
- Automate workflows .
Marketing & CRM Integration
- Connect CRM (HubSpot/Zoho) for lead management and nurturing.
- Enable AI-driven email/WhatsApp drip campaigns, SEO landing pages, and content automation.
- Integrate targeted ads, referral systems, scholarship automation, and analytics dashboards.
Technical Stack (Preferred)
Frontend: Next.js or WordPress (bilingual support)
Backend: Node.js, PHP, or equivalent
Database: Encrypted
LMS: Moodle/Canvas with AI plugins
AI Tools: OpenAI API, Proctorio/Examity
CRM & Marketing: HubSpot/Zoho, Meta Ads, Google Ads APIs

Qualifications
- Proven experience in full-stack web development (portfolio required).
- Proven experience in LMS integration, e-learning platforms, and EdTech tools.
- Proven experience in AI integrations, proctoring systems, and CRM/marketing automation.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote, global team.
